Description & Requirements

We are looking for a System Integration Manager to lead the integration of civil, architectural, building services, and E&M systems for a major project. The role ensures smooth coordination between contractors and successful delivery of all system interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall system integration across all allocated project systems;
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure compatibility and functional integration;
• Develop and implement the System Integration Plan (organization, strategy, testing, reporting);
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates;
• Oversee integration activities through all project phases: design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning;
• Conduct systemwide tests and ensure compliance with performance requirements.
   

Requirements:

• Degree in related Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent;
• At least 8 years’ of experience in system integration and large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred;
• Strong knowledge of civil, building services, and E&M systems;
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
• With MTR project reference is preferrable.
