Human Resources Manager/Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor the implementation of HR functions of the listed company and its overseas affiliated companies, including payroll, tax filing, employee onboarding and exit processes;

  • Ensure HR functions are aligned with company policy and local laws;

  • Review and initiate human resources policies and procedures to align with company development;

  • Develop an efficient talent pipeline and performance evaluation system to support the company’s business strategies.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related majors;

  • 5 - 8 years’ experience in Human Resources Management; experience gained from Web3 industry is preferred;

  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, PRC Labour Law, and other Human Resources related statutory regulations;

  • Excellent command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
