Warehouse Supervisor (5 Days Work)

Responsibilities:

  • To supervise warehouse team & to monitor all aspects of the warehouse operation including goods receiving, picking, packing, dispatching procedures, stock-taking etc.,
  • To coordinate daily activities in order to ensure smooth workflow processing.
  • To maintain accurate in/outbound goods movement & inventory record.
  • To liaise with internal and external parties on shipping arrangement.
  • To solve daily operations problems & to develop contingency plan. 
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder in Logistics or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience in logistics/warehouse operation and with 3 years at supervisory level.
  • Knowledge of ERP and MS Office proficiency.
  • Good command of English & Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
