About the job

Responsibilities:

  • General Office Administrative

    • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

    • Maintain filing systems and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

    • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel and hotel arrangements.

    • Organize company events, meetings, and team activities.

    • Handling vouchers and office logistics.

  • Human Resources Administrative Support

    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation.

    • Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.

    • Support HR projects and initiatives, including training and engagement activities.

    • Prepare basic HR reports (e.g., attendance, headcount).

  • Other Duties

    • Provide administrative support to management and staff.

    • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration; exposure to HR tasks is an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin an advantage).

  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
