Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
2. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
3. Build strong relationship with new and existing clients to continuously improve the profitability.
4. Deliver the assigned gross profit budgets for the territory
5. Lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders including but not limited to operation, solutions, tech/IT, finance to create solutions to potential customers.
6. Timely register sales opportunities in CRM to maintain an updated customer database and track progress of sales pipeline.
7. Follow up A/R and ensure the timely payment from the customers.
8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder with minimum 4 years' experience of sales within freight forwarding/ logistics industry.
2. Proven track record in new business development.
3. Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
5. Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills.
6. Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
7. Proficient in Microsoft office & CRM.
