System Engineer

Job Description 

We are seeking a 2 years contract System Engineer experienced in Microsoft 365 suite to join our company. As a System Engineer, you will play a vital role in automating and optimizing workflow efficiency by implementing business processes in Microsoft 365. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 with Power Automate. With your expert knowledge and technological proficiency, you will contribute in shaping the future of our IT landscape during this thrilling project in the company. 

Responsibilities : 

  • Provide demonstration and training of Microsoft 365 solutions to staff in all departments.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, provide advice on suitable solutions, and offer technical support on areas of automation.

  • Design, build, and test efficient and scalable automation solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Implement data manipulation, error handling, and logging mechanisms within Power Automate flows. 

Requirements : 

  • Experience in Microsoft 365 Platform.

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience of hand-on experience in Microsoft Flow or Power Automate development.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Power Automate capabilities, connectors, expression, and data manipulation techniques.

  • Proficiency in workflow design, building complex flows, and implementing conditional logic.

  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with crow-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a genuine passion for automation and process optimization.

  • Proven problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and the ability to analyze business processes for automation opportunities.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Proficient at working both individually and as part of a team.
