Job Responsibilities
· Mainly responsible for accounts payable, staff expenses reimbursement, and inventory related duties;
· Follow up with suppliers for payment matters;
· Prepare bank reconciliations;
· Support month-end closing;
· Prepare monthly reports and analysis;
· Assist to perform ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
· HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent;
· High Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Level 2 or equivalent;
· Minimum 2 years' relevant experience is preferred;
· Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP is preferred;
· Good communication skills to cooperate and negotiate with internal and external parties;
· Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently;
· Good command of written & spoken English will be an advantage;
· Immediate availability will be an advantage.
