Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the design process for fashion collection including graphics & prints, ensuring design align with the brand vision and target market
• Conducting market research, analyzing data and translate insights into design direction
• Providing creative direction and guidance to the design team, ensure align and consistency 
• Reviewing and approving design concepts, samples, fabrics and colors to ensure high quality and consistency
• Effectively communicating design direction and progress to the team and cross-functional partners
• Be responsible for the whole go-to-market design process and prepare all necessary design decks and model shop set-up for divisional presentations
• Follow up on styles & selected fabrics each season in collaboration with product developers and communicate to market buyers & wholesale partners
• Be responsible for seasonal shooting concepts and preparations

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Fashion Design/ Textile & Clothing or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years or above solid experience in fashion design field with focus on women’s wear
• Strong sense of fashion trend and new materials development
• Proficient in design software
• Able to work under pressure and liaise with multiple parties to meet all project deadlines
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Willing to travel
• Immediately available is preferable
