IT Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage network monitoring/maintenance/upgrade, server & network related troubleshooting, data backup solutions
  • Conducting comprehensive risk and security assessments
  • Lead the team responsible for providing information technology support and development
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT , optimizing related system and ensuring the health of all IT systems
  • Responsible for all IT related projects evaluation, planning, implementing & control
  • Maintain cyber safety, implementing and control of any compliance related regulations
  • Supervising, administering and configuring servers and PC devices
  • Administering Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Overseeing the operations of Microsoft Exchange Server and performing maintenance on Microsoft SQL server

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in IT services with at least 3 years of supervisor role
  • Experience in retail, FMCG or catering related will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and IT operations
  • Skilled in Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Good knowledge of MSSQL, HTML, JavaScript
  • Knowledge in Symantec messaging gateway and endpoint solutions
  • Good leadership, organizational ability, analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English、Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available are preferred
