Part Time Shipping Clerk / Sr. Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and handle full set shipping documents such as invoices, packing list, Form E , bank documents and bill of lading and ensure correct information is provided

  • Tradelink trade declarations for import and exports

  • Co-ordination with customer, factory and forwarder for shipment arrangement

  • Provide clerical support for department

  • General administration work

  • 3-4 days per week

Requirements: 

  • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in shipping

  • Independent, motivated, analytical, detail-oriented

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and proven ability to work to tight deadlines is essential 

  • Experience in fashion retailing/ garment trading/ garment mfg is preferred

  • Familiar with Tradelink and SAP is an advantage

  • Proficiency in Excel advance skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc.)

  • Goods time management and problem solving skills

  • Team player and willing to learn

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin

  • Immediately available is preferred

  • More experience will be considered to Part Time Sr. Shipping Clerk
