Responsibilities

• Participate in financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and contribute to business performance reviews
• Support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, workflows, and reporting tools, including data analytics and BI platforms
• Contribute to the development of financial models and dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making
• Engage in ad hoc financial projects, including cost analysis, benchmarking, and scenario planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Qualified Accountant (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, CPA) with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or service industry
• Experience in a Big Four accounting firm is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and business acumen
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems; experience with BI tools and data analytics is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
