Job Descriptions

• Assist healthcare professionals in consultations, evaluations, and clinical procedures
• Coordinate the daily clinical operations of the ward, providing support to ensure high-quality services
• Responsible for organizing, scanning, and archiving medical records to ensure data accuracy
• Compile patient reports to ensure the security and confidentiality of patient information
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate communication between patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring effective workflow and patient care, and enhancing patient satisfaction
• Execute other tasks assigned by the nursing supervisor, such as environmental cleaning and preparation of supplies, and handle emergencies and urgent situations

Requirements

• Degree holder with nursing background is preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospital or clinical administrative and analytical support
• Strong sense of discipline, good time management, can work under pressure, independent and self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Good analytical ability and judgement, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
• Commended in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
