Call Centre - Helpdesk / Technical Support

Job Description:
• Provide technical support via phone, email and fax
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems related to application,
software, system and network issues
• Log customer requests into the system, ensure proper tracking / follow up and escalation of incidents for additional troubleshooting as if required
• Monitor and maintain service quality in accordance to Service Level Agreement
• 5.5 days work week (Mon - Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm [Work in Office], Sat: 8:30am to 1pm [Work from Home])

Requirement:
• Diploma or above
• At least 1 year’ helpdesk / call centre / customer service experience.
• Familiar with IT applications/systems like Windows, MS Office, and Basic networking knowledge
