Sales Executive


Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position’s main responsibility is to solicit new merchants, primarily SME retailers, to accept credit card payments for GPAP to achieve revenue goals and new signing targets.


  • Recruit new merchants by following up leads from the bank and non-bank referral partners, hotline and existing customers, etc. and by making cold calls
  • Develop and maintain good relations with the existing customers in the assigned merchant portfolio to maximize account profitability and referral opportunities
  • Manage merchants’ boarding flow ensuring GPAP services are well deployed and support after-sales process


  • 1 year and above sales experience especially in B2B area
  • Experienced in selling financial / payment-related services is a plus
  • Secondary School Graduate is required. Tertiary educated from Business or Management discipline will be an asset
  • Good selling skill and interpersonal technique
  • Self-motivated, mature and independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work well under pressure
  • Hardworking, outgoing  and have a strong will to win
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
