Assistant BIM Engineer (Ref. no. 22ABE26080135)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in 3D BIM modelling, updating and maintenance.
  • Support multi-disciplinary coordination and 4D simulations.
  • Help with laser scanning data processing and Scan-to-BIM tasks.
  • Maintain BIM standards and object library.
  • Assist in clash detection, workflows and training materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates or 1–3 years BIM experience are welcome.
  • Knowledge of Revit / Navisworks preferred.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, proactive attitude and able to work under pressure.
  • Working at construction site may be required.
