Senior BIM Engineer (Ref. no. 22SBE26080136)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead BIM implementation from design to construction to improve efficiency, coordination, cost and quality.
  • Manage laser scanning, point cloud processing and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
  • Organise multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes.
  • Handle modelling, clash detection, 4D/5D analysis using Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo etc.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to maximise BIM usage.
  • Support development of BIM standards, BEPs, workflows and training.
  • Adopt and research innovative construction technologies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related fields with min. 5 years BIM experience.
  • Experience in laser scanning / point cloud processing preferred.
  • UAV / photogrammetry experience preferred.
  • Experience in adopting/researching innovative construction technologies preferred.
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC (mandatory). Dynamo and other BIM tools preferred.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Working at construction site may be required.
  • MHKIBIM, CCBC or CCBM membership is an advantage.
