Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales and operations of a fitness center
• Motivate your team to reach target new members monthly and yearly in-line with budgets
• Implement business plans to maximize profits at the club
• Coach and mentor employees to enable them to reach their maximum potential
• Ensure GO24 brand standards are delivered and club maintenance is well managed
• Engage local community and organizations in fitness, wellness and health events
• Manage club and personnel training and development with ability to energize, influence, support and inspire
• Manage the club’s social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging content, responding to attract new members and retaining existing ones.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fitness/customer service & 2 year’s management experience
• Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin if possible too).
• Self-motivated and driven and can work independently with guidance
• Friendly, Energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Passion in Fitness
• Shift duty is required
• Less experienced candidate may be considered for the post of Assistant Club Manager.
• Location : Sham Shui Po District / Kowloon City District
