Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, month-end closing with schedules
• Perform daily accounting routines such as invoices, payments and data entries
• Handle Payroll & MPF
• Manage and monitor the AR & bank balances
• Reconcile monthly membership charges and refunds for members
• Responsible for membership fee and accounting procedures
• Preparing month-end closing and monthly financial reports
• Year-end Financial Reports preparation
• Liaise with external auditor in annual audit work
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by Accountant
• Flexible working hours / WFH

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail industry
• Independent, hard-working, detailed minded, organized, self-motivated and capable to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese WP
• Knowledge of Xero Accounting System
• Proactive, patience, good communication skills
• English proficient
• Immediate available
