About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Officer to drive our brand presence and execute integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be the bridge between internal marketing teams, regional offices, and external partners to ensure that marketing assets and events deliver maximum impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high-value opportunities including corporate seminars, industry exhibitions, trade shows, and co-branded partner events to strengthen brand visibility.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end campaign activities for both product launches and ongoing brand-building initiatives.

• Manage relationships with event organizers, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual success.

• Oversee the design, printing, and distribution of all physical marketing materials.

• Collaborate with regional offices to adapt, localize, and ship marketing collateral based on specific local operational and regulatory requirements.

• Source, negotiate with, and conduct performance audits of external suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality outputs.

• Act as the primary liaison between internal design teams and external creative agencies, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, accurate, and delivered on schedule.

• Provide ad-hoc support for cross-functional marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed to help the team achieve its goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of solid marketing experience, preferably within the Telecom or IT industry.

• A collaborative team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

• Independent, highly organized, and exceptionally detail oriented.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the roles of Marketing Officer.
