About the role

We are seeking a proactive and independent Solution Consultant to be the primary technical owner in our client engagements. You will partner with our sales team to drive business growth by architecting and presenting winning solutions for international dedicated lines, SD-WAN, and Cloud services. Your core mission will be to act as a trusted advisor, transforming client needs into compelling proposals that secure long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team to conduct user demand alignment, product demonstrations, and technical explanations, facilitating the progress of business negotiations.

• Design market-competitive solutions for international dedicated lines, SD-WAN, DWDM, IDC, Cloud and IOT solution, and other related services based on customers' actual needs.

• Coordinate with the company's back-end business departments for internal communication, information sharing, and technical coordination to ensure the implementability of solutions.

• Participate in defining services, conducting cost accounting, and formulating pricing for non-standard solutions, and support the legal department in reviewing non-standard clauses.

• Fully cooperate with the regional sales team to jointly achieve regional sales performance targets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a preferred background in the Telecom industry.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network setup, dedicated line access, SD-WAN, DWDM, IDC, Cloud and IOT solution or pre-sales/post-sales experience in system integrators.

• Rich experience in solution design, bid management, and user demand alignment.

• Professional personal image, with strong problem-analysis, project management, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Willing and able to travel business trips in APAC and Mainland China region.
