We are looking for :

End-to-End Order Management‌

• Coordinate across design, production, quality control, warehousing, and logistics teams throughout the entire order lifecycle—from inquiry and quotation to sample approval, production scheduling, and final shipment—to ensure timely, high-quality, and full-quantity delivery, minimizing customer complaints.

Customized Packaging Design Support‌

• Deeply understand client brand identity to provide material selection recommendations (e.g., specialty paper, eco-friendly kraft paper), process suggestions (e.g., hot stamping, UV coating, die-cutting, magnetic closure structures), and cost-optimization solutions that enhance product value-added features.

International Client Communication & Service‌

• Independently manage English-language email correspondence, video conferences, and contract negotiations; accurately convey technical specifications and delivery timelines, and promptly respond to overseas clients’ requests for inspection reports, certificates of origin, and customs clearance documentation.

Deep Client Relationship Management‌

• Maintain comprehensive client profiles and collaboration logs; conduct regular follow-ups and analyze purchasing trends to drive repeat orders and upselling opportunities, thereby increasing customer LTV (Lifetime Value).
  
  Others
• At least 5 years merchandising or manufacturing experience in printing & packaging industries
• Willing to work in China factory;
   

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for products development from initial idea, quotation and sample processing
• Printing and packaging order follow-up until delivery
• Quality control: able to identifies potential problems and communicate with production and QC team
• Able to make appropriate recommendations to customer and management
• Coordinates organizational tasks and communicate with all related party

Package:

• Basic monthly Salary up to HKD40K - HKD50K.
• 5 - 5.5 (depends)days work per week(at least 4 days in CHINA factory).
• Annual Incentive/Discretionary bonus.
• Follow the labour Law of Hong Kong, it is 7 days of annual leave after completed 1^st Year.
• Accommodation be provided when working in China.
• Employee compensation Insurance Policy protection.
