We are one of the most creative book printing and toy packaging factories with our headquarter located in Central, Hong Kong. Our core OEM business is providing design/sourcing/ printing/packaging for a lot of children book publishers in Germany, UK and Japan. We also have our own brands for high-end stationery and party ware. In order to cope with our business growth, we are now seeking candidates for the following position:

HR & Admin. Officer (Full time / part-time)


  • Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff record and leave management
  • Monitor and manage full spectrum of administration functions including office facilities, contract & license renewal, vendors’ management; renovation, company events, procurement of stationery and out for work
  • Preparing payment cheques for settling payables (all companies) and data entry
  • Provide assistance to accounts department (China office)
  • Handle ad-hoc projects


  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ solid experience in all-rounded human resources & administrative functions preferably in sizable company
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, proactive, detail-minded, well- organized and responsible
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office
