Job Duties:

• Execute buying and selling orders accurately for local and global financial products.
• Handle trade-related inquiries from clients, confirm trade details, and provide smooth customer service.
• Perform daily margin maintenance, monitor clients' credit risk, and issue margin calls when necessary.
• Conduct daily post-trade reconciliations, handle trade settlements, and coordinate with the back-office team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage documentation, and provide general administrative support to the dealing desk.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. (Open to fresh graduates with high potential.)
• Strong numerical sense, proficient in MS Excel, and fast Chinese/English word processing.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua .
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to remain calm under high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Must be willing to work shift duties, including night shifts and public holidays, to cover global market hours.
