Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Head Office: Central (within 5 minutes’ walk from MTR station)
Hong Kong Offices:

  • 1 branch in Admiralty
  • 2 offices at Gateway, Tsim Sha Tsui

 

Working Hours

  • Five-day work week
  • 9:30 am – 5:30 pm

  • 14 days’ annual leave

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR and administrative operations, including attendance management, onboarding and offboarding processes, MPF administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including CV screening and interview coordination.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support to senior management.
