Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager (Restaurant opening project targeted in August 2026) I (5-Day Work)

You will be one of our pre-opening team members of the new restaurant project targeted to be opened in August 2026 in Central. Candidate should be capable to manage the overall restaurant operations and leading the professional service team to provide excellent customer service.

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • To attain this position, you must have at least 6-8 years of experience in hotels or western style restaurants
  • Experience in leading multicultural teams
  • Drive and optimize revenue
  • Excellent interpersonal, people management and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, passionate, presentable, flexible, customer-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
