Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of talent acquisition function for our French cuisines & Michelin Restaurants
• Provide support to compensation & benefits functions
• Handle personnel issues, staff movements and staff cases
• Prepare analysis reports for management’s review
• Assist in HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ HR experience with a focus on recruitment, preferably from Hospitality or F&B Industry
• Hands-on experience in supporting expatriates
• Well versed in HK employment regulations and ordinance
• Passionate to develop his / her HR career in F&B arena
• Presentable, analytical, detail-minded, independent, well-organized and with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Human Resources Officer.
