Responsibilities:

• Maintain & improve the existing quality and hygiene system, including HACCP & ISO22000 

• Review and verify the operation procedures of food handling

• Conducting QA activities and internal audit

• Provide food safety/hygiene training 

• To establish, approve and maintain specifications for existing and new raw materials and finished products

• Handling of customer complaint and quality related enquiries

• Conduct/Organize site visit with customers, suppliers and statutory authorities

• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required 

Requirements:

• High Diploma or degree holder in Food Science or relevant discipline

• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance. Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Officer 

• Sound knowledge on GMP, HACCP and ISO22000 is an advantage

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Independent, detail-minded and able to work under minimum supervision

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Fair in Mandarin 

• PC proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Immediately available is highly preferred
