Job Description:
Responsibilities:
-Provides administrative support to Sales & Marketing Department to ensure efficient operation and to provide procedural training to new Sales & Marketing staff
-Work with Sales Administration Team for Sales Forecast updates and analysis
-Account Management of business partners
-Process Sales Orders and follow up new project development
-Prepare Sales Analysis per customer, product category and SKU
-Work on regular cost review and quantity break
Requirements:
-Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
-At least 3 years of relevant experience
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Good Command of English and Chinese
-Immediate available is highly preferred
