Entry Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree / MBA and experience in Business Administration or related management fields.
• Possess strong leadership qualities, analytical and sales management skills.  
• Good experience in management and knowledge of export of both consumer and industrial products.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in Mainland leading large company aligning with company's objectives and 
• expansion plan.
• Knowledgeable, self-motivated, results-driven, confident and dynamic personality.  
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and highly organized.

Duties & responsibilities :

• Assist the general Manager in formulating and implementing the company’s annual marketing strategy, coordinating domestic and international market, and promoting brand awareness.
• Lead brand upgrade projects and strengthen market competitiveness through differentiated positioning.
• Establish and cover distribution networks in multiple countries and regions across China and overseas, and promote the increase of overseas market revenue share
• Integrate online and offline resources, plan large-scale exhibitions, new media marketing, and cross-border cooperation activities.
• Regularly organise training sessions for the sales team to enhance team members’ business capabilities and customer communication skills, motivate team members to actively expand the market, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
