Job Duties:

• Work with Property Manager to handle daily operation such as repair and/ or maintenance of a shopping arcade in North Point

• Handle inquiries and complaints of property owners and / or tenants

• Attend regular meetings with Incorporated Owners of buildings

• Handle contribution and renovation project of properties

• Handle tender and quotation

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma and/or certificate or above in Property Management or related disciplines is preferred

• Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1 / 2)

• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in property management

• Customer-oriented and good communication skills

• Liaise with various parties and contractors, follow up any work orders (mainly building repair works)

• Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer

• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese

• Immediate available is highly preferred
