Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build and implement the digital marketing strategy for Hong Kong and South-east Asia market, including determine product positioning, selling points, value propositions and key messages, formulate marketing & promotion programs to reach the right segments.
Plan & execute online advertising on social media channel and others to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to website
Prepare marketing reports, analytics, and other performance measurements
Control and monitor closely marketing budgets to achieve optimal results and work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
Stay up-to-date on social media platforms changes and trends, and share these effectively with your team
Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Knowledge and expertise across web, social media, and digital advertising.
Passion and knowledge of Skincare industry is a plus
Good knowledge with digital marketing tools and best practices such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM, etc.
Ability to use data to present proposals and make decisions
Creative, analytical, well-organized, able to multi-tasking and cope with fast-paced environment.
Highly self-motivated, good time management and group cooperating skills
