Work in Maintenance Office (Monthly salary is HK$25,115 plus monthly allowance of HK$400)

Qualification and Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Certificate in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education

           Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent (See Note).

• Good knowledge of statutory Regulations and Code of Practices relating to Building Services trades.

Note: "Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 2' in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

 Place of Duty:

• Work in the office of Housing Department / Hong Kong Housing Authority.

Job Description:

• To supervise contractors to conduct BS maintenance works in Public Housing Estates.
• To take site measurement, prepare cost estimates for works and test report.
• To draft, prepare, update and check sketches and drawings.
• To prepare and update programme and database.
