• ⁠Manage written and verbal customer enquiries across platforms in a timely and quality manner

• Assist Sales Team to maintain smooth operation of the loyalty programe and online shop events

• Handle online shop orders

• Manage customer service team emails and phone calls

• Handle walk in customer inquiries or purchases

• Update customers on their delivery details

Requirements:

• Diploma or above

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Relevant working experience in reception, customer service or administration is preferred

• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Chinese input method

• Presentable with pleasant personality and good telephone manner

• Punctual, hardworking, responsible, well-organized, initiative, with good communication and interpersonal skills

• ⁠Immediately available is highly preferred⁠
