Greater Bay Airlines is a newly established airline, incorporated in Hong Kong and with its principal place of business in Hong Kong. The airline has been granted a licence by the Air Transport Licensing Authority (ATLA) to operate scheduled air services between Hong Kong and 104 routes covering Chinese Mainland and destinations in Asia Pacific. As a Hong Kong based airline, and in line with the national development policy to further deepen cooperation amongst Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao (The Greater Bay Area), our vision is to support the Hong Kong international aviation and financial centre, and facilitate tourism, logistics, trading and investment in the Greater Bay Area by developing an air services network, both regional and international, from Hong Kong to our target destinations in Chinese Mainland and Asia Pacific.

The role will be responsible for agency sales and distribution for HK and PRC markets with the objective to maximum the overall sales performance and enhance market share.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximum sales performance
  • Conduct market research and analysis and identify potential market and sales opportunities, hence to enhance the market share and positioning towards the sales objectives
  • Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research to create incremental sales channels
  • Build, expand and maintain excellent relationship with agents and business partners as well as provide support to address agents inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and marketing promotional materials with Marketing team
  • Perform SWOT analysis and compile regular and adhoc sales reports



  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Bachelor degree holder or above
  • 3+ years or above sales experience gained from airlines / travelling industry, more experience can be considered a higher position
  • Aggressive, good communication, presentable, able to work under pressure
  • Good MS Office software, including Word, Excel Access, PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
