Senior UI/UX designers collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital experiences. They work independently and are responsible for presenting design concepts to stakeholders, providing guidance to junior UI/UX designers, understanding technical aspects of UI/UX design, leverage AI tools to boost efficiency, creativity and iteration speed, and consistently deliver projects on time.
 

What you’ll be performing:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and developers to create innovative digital experiences. 

• Participate user research activities, such as stakeholder interviews, surveys, A/B testing to understand user behavior and translate research findings into possible solutions. 

• Be responsible for providing high-quality deliverables, such as user journeys, user flows, wireframes, UI mock-ups, and prototypes for digital platforms and products. 

• Develop pixel-perfect UI and ensure design consistency with brand guidelines throughout the entire design process.

• Present ideas to stakeholders and make recommendations in accordance with feedback.

• Possess understanding of technical aspects of UI/UX design and provide design solutions for technology-related issues.

• Ensure timely delivery of all tasks and take proactive measures to mitigate any potential delays or timeline impacts.

• Lead a designer and guide the design projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality work within schedule. 

• Facilitate the professional growth and development of mentees through mentorship.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and explore new design trends, generative AI tools, technologies, and tools to improve design skills. 

• Actively adopt AI to accelerate design iteration and automate repetitive tasks.

• Share design knowledge and expertise with other members.

• Maintaining an open-minded, positive attitude and can-do spirit.
  

We are hiring talents like you:

• Have a bachelor degree or above in Interactive / Multimedia / Visual Design or related disciplines.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.

• Have a well-established knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), design language systems, visual design principles, and interaction design.

• Have an in-depth knowledge of user research methodologies, including stakeholder interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and usability testing.

• Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Are highly proficient with design and generative AI tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Adobe Creative Suite and Google AI Studio.

• Have experience working in banking, financial, or insurance industries using ‘Agile’ or similar project methodologies is highly preferred.

• Have experience in contributing to leadership in UI/UX is an advantage.

• Are an experienced problem solver and can adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

• Are self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

• Are a continuous learner with a passion for exploring new design trends and technologies.

• Have a design portfolio with proven work.

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as UI/UX Designer
