System Engineer

What you’ll be performing

  • Design, implement, and maintain company’s infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

  • Plan and implement upgrades and migrations across our company’s infrastructure.

  • Monitor system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Perform performance & availability monitoring, capacity management, systems management & tuning, configuration & services level management, problem diagnosis & resolution, security management & patch application, change management, etc.

  • Support Sales Team with technical queries.

  • Work collaboratively with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of software solutions.

  • Provide technical expertise and support for our team, providing training and guidance as needed.

  • Troubleshoot the hardware and software in Windows/Mac, networking equipment, Mobile (Android/IOS), Printer, Projector, NAS.

We are looking for you if you have:

  • Over 3 years of relevant working experience.

  • Good performance on projects as IT Admin Role.

  • Proven and well-recognized ability to train an IT Support Officer.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in at least 2 of the followings: Networking / Security / Cloud admin / System Admin.
