Assistant Technical Officer / Technical Officer

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering/ Civil Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred

• 2 years of relevant experience

• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, typing and Chinese word processing

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• The successful appointee will be responsible for repair and maintenance service, monitoring work progress of engineering projects, preparing tender and quotation etc.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Technical Officer

Assistant Property Officer / Property Officer

• Certificate / Diploma or above, preferably in property/ facility management or other relevant disciplines 

• 3 year experience in Property/ Facility Management

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, typing, and Chinese word processing

• PMSA PMP (Tier 2) Licence holder is preferred

• The successful candidate will be responsible for handling property management related duties, customer service duties, general clerical works, and ad hoc duties as assigned

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
