Location : West Kowloon Art Performance Venue

Working days : 5-day work per week

Daily working hours : 9 working hours (including 1-hour meal break)

Requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Service Engineering or equivalent; 

• A minimum of eight (8) years of work experience in property and facilities management, of which a minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in a supervisory position in FM/PM field and/or in E&M maintenance works;

• Registered electrical worker license BO or above (an advantage of this post);

• Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel etc.;

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, especially in report writing;

• Good communication skills;

• Willing to work at night and during public holidays/Sundays; and

• Capable to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising and reporting all technical services performed under the Contract, including those services provided by third party contractors;

• Develop an Annual Planned Preventive Maintenance Plan for the building systems;

• Ensure all buildings, facilities, systems and machinery (including the pantry appliances) are in good condition and performing at their highest standard;

• Report and monitor technical services delivery and prepare and submit technical reports;

• Prepare facilities improvement proposal with budget estimation for achieving target of effective and safety enhancement;

• Supervise improvement, alterations & additions (A&A) works and renovation projects when required;

• Review and monitor the performance of vendors and contractors;

• Liaise with different user departments to work out the best maintenance plan fitting different operation needs in the Venue;

• Supervise repair and maintenance works of sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the service level requirements;

• Formulate and review asset replacement strategies and maintenance regimes, analyse system and equipment performance, conduct technical investigation and recommend improvement initiatives;

• Attend 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance such as typhoon and emergency matter, required; and

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior.
