Job Description

• Degree holder in Property/ Facility Management or related disciplines is preferred

• 10 years working experience in Property/ Facility Management with 3 years managerial experience, of which 2 years in managing smart buildings/ facilities

• Member of CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification is preferred

• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence is preferred

• Responsible, strong interpersonal and leadership skills 

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing

• The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the buildings/estates to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements
