Job Description

• Certificate / Diploma or above, preferably in property/ facility management or other relevant disciplines

• 3 years experience in Property/ Facility Management

• PMSA PMP (Tier 2 / Tier 1) Licence holder

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing

• The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in handling property management related duties, customer service duties, general clerical and administration works, and ad hoc duties assigned by the manager

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
