Job Description

  • Certificate / Diploma or above, preferably in property/ facility management or other relevant disciplines 

  • 3 years experience in Property/ Facility Management

  • PMSA PMP (Tier 2) Licence holder is preferred

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer service duties, general clerical works, property/ facility management, carparking/ security management, repair and maintenance etc., and other ad hoc duties assigned by site manager
