Property Officer

Location : Performing Arts Venue at West Kowloon

Working days : 5-day work per week

Daily working hours : 9 working hours (including 1-hour meal break)


Requirements

  • Degree in Facilities Management and/or Property Management or equivalent;

  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in FM/PM for Property Officer;

  • Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.;

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, especially in report writing;

  • Good communication skills and fluency in Mandarin is preferred;

  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Building/ Property Management regulations and Ordinances;

  • Willing to work at night and on public holidays/Sundays independently; and

  • Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision;

  • Possession of valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP);

  • PMP (Tier 2) Licence holder.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Managers in liaising with the Authority, departments, tenants and operators on venue property management matters;

  • Oversee daily venue operations, including security and cleaning services, ensuring compliance with statutory and Authority requirements;

  • Supervise security and cleaning contractors, manage emergencies, incidents, complaints, inspections and supervisory patrols;

  • Manage and review SOPs, service standards, manpower, equipment, materials and stock levels;

  • Maintain and monitor Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality management systems;

  • Supervise, train and develop the frontline team to meet SLA and KPI requirements and improve workflow efficiency;

  • Handle 24‑hour fault and accident management, reporting and liaison with relevant parties;

  • Assist in procurement processes, including purchase orders, vendor evaluation and contractor agreements;

  • Provide property management support for events, including manpower planning, on‑site coordination, liaison and reporting;

  • Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
