Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmers , and manage both routine and emergency repair works.

• Supervise technicians and external contractors in daily maintenance tasks, ensuring work quality meets required standards and safety regulations.

• Investigate and evaluate root causes of building defects and system breakdowns, and propose remedial actions.

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents, and manage the entire tendering process (including document preparation and procedure execution).

• Assist the manager in renovation projects and improvement works.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree or above in Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines are preferred

• Minimum 2 years or above work experience in property maintenance or a related field, preferably in commercial and residential buildings.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in PC operation and MS Office.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Technical Officer.
