Technical Officer

Job Description

  • Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Installation, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years' building management and maintenance experience in property/ facility management 

  • Hands-on computer knowledge

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for repair and maintenance, building service engineering and supervisory duties, and ad hoc tasks as assigned

  • Shift duty is required, willing to work on Saturday/ Sunday/ general holidays
