Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including bank reconciliations and financial schedules.
• Implement and monitor internal control measures and financial processes in line with corporate policies.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key financial performance trends.
• Prepare monthly management reports and statutory financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors during annual audits and tax filings.
• Support costing functions and contribute to management reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail/manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (written and spoken).
• Immediate available is preferred.
