Responsibilities:

• Overview the financial function and monitor the budget control of the Group Company.
• Report to Senior Management and support management on making key financial decision
• Oversee the operation of the company’s accounting department, deal with external auditors, bankers and IRD
• Provide effective and accurate accounting information and financial reports in a timely basis
• Supervise subordinates to perform assigned duties
• To perform additional duties and other ad hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines and professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA and /or HKICPA is a must
• Over 8 years of working experience in financial management/ listed company would be an advantage
• Strong in handling excel spreadsheets, able to work independently and multi-task
• Hands-on, able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
• Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivation, organizational and good negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferable
