I.T. Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote POS System support
  • Provide technical support on all Corporate Communication Systems including email (on Outlook, web and mobile devices), instant messaging, video conference, etc.
  • Provide daily office software and hardware user support
  • Occasional non-office hour remote and onsite support will be required
  • System Development

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer related disciplines or above.
  • 3 year experience in IT system and end-user support
  • Good knowledge on computer hardware, system and software development
  • Ability to work under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
