Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day management of retail stores
• Develop, monitor and review sales target, KPIs and operation overhead are in-line with budget
• Analyze sales performance reports, tracking of the retail store performance, weekly sales recap and action plans
• Work with other Departments to ensure stock control, merchandise planning, promotion roll-out, fit out works, new store opening etc are adequate and implement seamlessly
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
• Monitor and supervise the staff performance to ensure quality of goods and services are provided.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in related discipline
• 5 years relevant working experience
• Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate on market requirements
• Good team player with energetic and pro-active personality and excellent communication skill
• Capable of multi-task and independent work with detailed mind
• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented, self-motived, independent, multi-tasking and able to deliver under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Office, including Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is preferable
