Responsibilities 

• Responsible to the Residential Leasing business of Hong Kong
• Supervise the Residential Leasing team’s full spectrum of Residential Leasing activities including marketing, tenancy management and renovations for Residential & Service Apartments and to ensure the smooth operation of the business
• Plan and execute the annual budget to align with the target set of the relevant budget period
• Formulate and implement appropriate leasing strategies and analysis to boost occupancy and rental revenue strategically with the updated market sentiment
• Plan, coordinate and execute the specified projects of residential premises with various internal departments and external parties

Requirements 

• Possess with at least 5 years of solid experience in leasing for residential or service apartments, experience in luxury residence is preferred
• Good market knowledge and network with agent of residential market with strong business acumen
• Good analytical and presentation skill
• Mature and strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
