Responsibilities 

• Provide quality tenant services including but not limited to premises handover/ takeover execution, tenancy fitting out/ reinstatement coordination, tenant’s complaint resolutions etc.

• Carry out property management of the assigned sites and maintain good rapport with tenants.

• Liaise with team partners of leasing, building management, technical services, marketing & promotions, etc.

• Support other ad hoc projects if required.

Requirements 

• Tertiary educated or above in Property Management or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management, familiarity with pre-fitting out preparatory works and large-scale A&A projects would be a definite advantage

• Candidates with less experience would be considered Officer

• Self-motived, reliable and mature, be able to work in diverse environments

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
